Client Development and Retention Specialist

We are looking to bring someone on board, who can help develop our new leads, and preserve our existing clients.

Responsibilites:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong worth ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Purpetuate a lasting relationship with our current clients.
Requirements:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Organizational Skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications and systems
  • Ability to effectively relate and work with a customer in person or over the phone
  • Scheduling Flexibility
Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay
  • Plus Incentives & Bonuses
